As outlined above, we directly employ a team of high-quality, experienced carers. This team, or any individual on it, can be utilised to fill shifts at very short notice. They are also available to deliver on-site or external training courses and to assist with internal team development.

Temporary Recruitment
Having our own internal team of carers enables us to be 100% up-to-date on benchmarking standards in the temporary recruitment market. We quickly assimilate client briefs, including any specialist requirements, and deliver a prompt response in providing suitable candidates. We have an established and extensive network of temporary care staff who have each passed a vigorous screening programme designed by our internal teams. We also have an easy-to-use online time sheet system for our temporary staff.
